  4. thou shall not covet thy neighbours one star quarterback or receiver with three of thy bench warmers

  5. thou shalt pay thy user fees before thy draft

  6. thy league shall not make rule changes after thy season has commenced

  7. thou shalt only make a waiver pickup after thou has been granted one by thy commish

  8. thou shalt only use thy post board for humour or discussion

  9. thou shall respect thy purpose of thy league

  10. thou shall not use thy commissioner’s name in vein.
